TroGlass is a heavy-duty, cast acrylic with different finishes from gloss to matte and coarsely textured. Laser engraving produces a white or clear engraved image, depending on the chosen settings. The laser cut produces polished cutting edges and inner contours, no additional post-processing of the material is required.

Acrylic is usually processed with a laser. The standard sheet size of TroGlass is 1245 x 616 mm, which can also be halved, quartered or individually cut. This facilitates storage, and sheet sizes that are optimized for laser machines minimize unused waste material.
